Booked a room with magnificent views of the mountains. That hotel was in an excellent and beautiful location, close to the ski area.

Everything was brand-new, amicable staff, nice views of the mountains. I booked a room with a very comfy bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and a personal safe. Bathtubs in the private bathroom was a plus.

We booked it before and recommend it to everyone. The staff was ready to assist, extremely friendly and gentle people. The location was excellent and stunning, for example, an ornate church was just a short stroll away from the hotel.

We got incredible value for our money with a spacious 2-bedroom suite, complete with a Jacuzzi and beautiful forest and mountain views. The staff at Vila Diana were extremely kind and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beginner slope.

One small improvement that could be made is adding more variety to the breakfast options.

We booked huge and comfy room with window on the mountains and big terrace and very nice view. And the room's amenities were new!

The suite was spacious, clean, and had great amenities like a hairdryer, jacuzzi, and minibar. The balconies offered beautiful views of the forest and mountains. The staff, especially Claudio, were kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

The location was perfect for me as it was close to the ski area, city center, and not far from the ski resorts. The parking was free and easily accessible, which is always a plus. The hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a great time during our Thanksgiving vacation. the location was perfect, nestled in a quiet area near the city center. Our room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view.

There were a few minor issues with the room, such as the toilet flush button breaking and the hot water stopping during showers. However, these issues were promptly addressed by the staff.

Always choose this place for my stay. No regrets. Staff helped me with returning forgotten headphones. Suits me perfectly. Has Wi-Fi, free parking, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception. Coming back for Xmas.
